an aperitif or a wine recommendation.
I am available to advise you and will endeavour
to fulfill every wish.
By the way, the wine selection and our winemakers
are selected by me and sometimes by Umberto personally.
Many of our wines come directly from Germany and Italy,
the main countries on our wine list.
Unfortunately, this approach can sometimes lead to delivery bottlenecks.
The wine stocks will only be replenished
when winemakers, logistics and our warehouse are available.

THE SOUL OF THE MINUTE
Susan Gorizia was born in Halle/Saale.
She always had an easy time making contact with people, enjoyed interacting with others and turned her talent into a career.
She began her training as a restaurant manager in 2004 at the Graf Zeppelin Haus. Susan brings her love of service and finer things from her professional experience at excellent establishments.
As a trained professional, Susan not only has a feel for a coherent concept, but can also stage it perfectly to give guests a great ambience and create a feel-good atmosphere.
For Susan, it is important to be authentic. She can now live this out in her own restaurant, MINUTE'S, and offer her guests a wonderful experience.
