Dear guests,
as I have to undergo a planned surgery in February,
Minute's will have limited opening hours on some days:
- From Tuesday 17th to Friday 20th February - closed at noon
- Wednesday 18.02 and Thursday 19.02 - closed all day
Evening service will take place as usual, except on the days mentioned.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding, your patience, and your support.

Business Lunch/Lunch Menu
From Tuesday to Thursday, we offer our business lunch at midday, with a weekly changing menu - ideal for those who have little time but do not want to compromise on quality.
In parallel, our evening menu is available at lunchtime, reduced to 2-4 courses, while the open menu is only available in 4 courses and, like in the evening, is served by pre-order.
On Friday at lunchtime, the restaurant operates like in the evening, with the full evening menu and the complete fine-dining experience.
