For special occasions such as weddings or corporate events, you can reserve Minute's exclusively. For 15 to 40 guests, our restaurant becomes your private residence. A bespoke menu and Susan's personal wine pairings will make your celebration unforgettable.

Socializing knows no fixed times. For groups of 10 or more, we are happy to open our doors outside of regular hours. To guarantee the highest quality, we will serve a specially curated tasting menu for these occasions.

Since we are closing our restaurant for this exclusive experience, we will devote our undivided attention to your table – from the first draft of the menu to the last sip of wine.

Allergies and intolerances
Your well-being is important to us. To guarantee you a carefree dining experience of the highest standard, we kindly ask you to inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when making your plans. This allows Umberto and his team to perfectly and safely tailor the dishes to your needs.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Planning an exclusive event requires care, dedication, and meticulous preparation. We ask for your understanding regarding our terms and conditions:
- Deposit: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the expected total amount is required.
- Event cancellation: Free cancellation of the entire event is possible up to 14 days before the scheduled date. For cancellations made later, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee, as we reserve our capacity exclusively for you.
- Number of guests & menu selection: The final number of guests and the detailed selection of main courses (e.g., veal fillet or sea bass) must be provided to us no later than 7 days before the event. This information is essential for guaranteeing the availability of your desired dishes. The number of guests reported will serve as the binding basis for billing.
