Personal planning
After receiving your inquiry, we will discuss the occasion, number of guests, menu, wine pairing, and the desired schedule for your event.
Number of guests
Please inform us of the final number of guests no later than 7 days before your event. This number will serve as the basis for final planning and billing.
Menu & special requests
Together we will choose the perfect menu for your event. We will, of course, accommodate vegetarian dishes as well as allergies and intolerances upon prior arrangement.
Reservation & Deposit
A deposit may be required for exclusive events or catering services. We will discuss all the details transparently with you during the planning phase.
Changes & Cancellation
Should your plans change, please inform us as soon as possible. You will receive the applicable cancellation policy with your booking confirmation.
